Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days from placing your order.

Kindly note that all products which are designed to come in contact with the human body or bodily fluids non returnable. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we consider this item as used and non-resuable and therefore non-resaleble. We shall only replace or offer a refund for damaged or faulty items.

Items should be properly checked and tested upon arrival, even if they will not be used immediately. In case of damaged or faulty items, you are requested to send us an email with photos on nvpleasuremalta@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt.

In case of faulty items, a refund shall be given within 5 working days, excluding delivery costs.
